tried in Firefox and got the error message as above. Tried again in IE and got message saying I'd already entered, which was not technically correct as my entry had not submitted the first time. Changed email address on the IE entry and it worked, so hopefully I've got one entry in the pot now!

I think you probably get the error message if you have previously signed up to the email newsletter and then unsubscribed due to the amount of emails they bombard you with.

I got the error messsage with the first email address I tried, but it went through with a different email.

I always get this error with emerald street. Could it be ipad related as my daughter always gets these offers fine using a laptop.
