    Having a small but well-stocked freezer (in case we're flooded or snowed in) doesn't help. There have been a couple of items that I would've been interested in, if I'd just used the last ones.


    I'm waiting for the lamb shanks in mint gravy to come around again.
    If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

    The prawns from last week were very good - and the cod from this week look worth a purchase as well

    I'm more disinterested these days. I used the half price weekend to try the pulled beef for the first time. That was passable!

    Now it's just money off, available all week, it's less alluring.

    I do think that Lidl have a very heavy reliance on pork and pig derivatives. I don't eat that ...

    I'll consider getting a chicken kiev, but probably won't be motivated in the end; I've not had one for about 20 years.

    Could think about buying carrots, but not really feeling the love. Have to see how I feel that week :)
