It is therefore advisable to state as much flexibility as possible in terms of travel dates and to give as much notice as possible.<li class="rtejustify">Once the trip is booked and confirmed any amends to the booking will be at the winner's cost.<li class="rtejustify">The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.<li class="rtejustify">Entrants must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over and in possession of a valid passport. Proof of address may be required<li class="rtejustify">Entrants must not be an employee, agent or a director of, or a member of the family of an employee, agent or director of: Academy Music Group or any of our associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or web company connected with the company.<li class="rtejustify">The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance.<li class="rtejustify">It is the winner's responsibility to arrange their own ESTA visa to enter the United States<li class="rtejustify">The winner must comply with and is responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for their destination.<li class="rtejustify">The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from the London departure airport.<li class="rtejustify">Spending money, meals, travel taxes, trip kitties, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, inoculations, additional transfers or regional flights and all other ancillary costs (as well as obtaining any of these) not specified in the prize inclusions are the responsibility of the winner.<li class="rtejustify">The promoter and associated partners will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip or as a result of you entering this competition.<li class="rtejustify">The prize must be accepted as offered. <li class="rtejustify">The ticket allocation consists of a pair of return World Traveller British Airways flights between London Heathrow and Austin.<li class="rtejustify">Flights are on mainline scheduled services operated by BA with a BA prefix number. Travel on BA franchise, code share or alliance partner airlines is not permitted. Flights include taxes, fees and charges. Domestic connections and other add-ons are not included. Any additional travel costs must be organised and funded by the passenger. Each pair of passengers must travel both the outbound and inbound journeys together.<li class="rtejustify">Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes and all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.<li class="rtejustify">The tickets must be booked by 25 September 2016. Redemption of prize flights will not be available beyond this date and the prize will be lost. All travel is subject to availability and capacity control. Flights must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure date by following the instructions provided in the notification.<li class="rtejustify">Travel must be completed by 30 January 2017. Subject to availability.<li class="rtejustify">Confirmation of the flights will be sent to the passengers at least 7 days prior to the departure dates requested.<li class="rtejustify">Where available, all prize flight tickets will be issued as e-tickets. Any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificate will not be replaced.<li class="rtejustify">Flights will be inventory controlled and flights will be subject to availability and capacity control, therefore access during school holidays and major sporting and cultural events will be restricted and availability may be limited during any other peak travel periods. BA reserves the right to limit the number of prize travel/ guest of British Airways seats made available on any flight, and it is possible that seats allocated to the prize winner / guest of British Airways fare class on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale at a different fare or booking class in the same cabin. BA does not accept any responsibility in the event that the passengers are unable to book their preferred flight(s).<li class="rtejustify">Flights are non-changeable, non-transferable and cannot be upgraded. Once booked, no changes can be made to the tickets. No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered. No upgrades are allowed.<li class="rtejustify">All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.<li class="rtejustify">Passengers are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas. BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.<li class="rtejustify">Tickets for prize travel are valid for the prize winner accompanied by one travelling companion. These terms and conditions apply to both the winner and the travel companion and references to the prize winner include (where the context permits) the travel companion.<li class="rtejustify">All travel on BA flights is subject to BA's general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.<li class="rtejustify">Prize/ guest of British Airways flights cannot be used in conjunction with any BA Miles programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s) by BA or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards or certificates. Avios cannot be claimed for these flights.<li class="rtejustify">BA reserves the right to provide substitute flights of similar value should the specified flights become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.<li class="rtejustify">BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the Promoters' control.<li class="rtejustify">These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
<li class="rtejustify">STA Travel will provide 1 winner the prize of 4 nights’ accommodation in Austin, Texas for 2 people, up to the value of £800.<li class="rtejustify">Accommodation of this prize is provided by STA Travel, Priory House, 6 Wrights Lane, London, W8 6TA. STA Travel will provide accommodation only.<li class="rtejustify">Accommodation stay must be completed by 30 January 2017. Subject to availability. Accommodation must be booked at least 60 days prior to stay.<li class="rtejustify">The prize is non-transferable or refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.<li class="rtejustify">The competition prize must be booked by 25 September 2016. Redemption of accommodation will not be available beyond this date and the prize will be lost. The prize cannot be redeemed outside of the UK.<li class="rtejustify">STA Travel, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing accommodation prize. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. STA Travel's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.<li class="rtejustify">Visa requirements and entry restrictions are the responsibility of the prize winner.
