Tick comps done

When I enter comps on my iPad even though I am logged in I am unable to tick the comps I have entered . Does anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it please ?

Have you tried to zoom into the tick and tried to click on it?0

I can't tick on my iPad either, but by clicking the thanks button, you can monitor which ones you've entered and also show your appreciation to the person posting the competition.

I've used 2 different iPads (a 2 and an Air) over the last year and never had any trouble selecting the tick (or cross). Have you tried going through the settings, trial and error etc.
Sorry, I can't be more helpful with any specific advice, but I just wanted to say that it's not a problem specifically with being on an iPad, as it should work.
Something I have noticed is that if you turn off JavaScript (settings>safari>advanced) then rather than the tick/cross turning on and off in isolation, the entire page reloads before reflecting the change. Maybe try turning that on or off? Can't hurt to try
You could also try allowing cookies from sites you visit, if it's not set to already? Settings>safari>block cookies (change to allow from websites I visit)0 -

I notice that on ipad when i tick it does register, but when i cross, it shows initially but then disappears once I go back to the main page, iyswim. Weird.Thank you to everyone who posts on the competitions boards. You all rock!0

i hold mine down for longer than a click, maybe 3 or 4 seconds and it works for me

How strange! My ticks and crosses have always worked instantly and stay selected, no holding down needed and no disappearing ones, they work just as well (and the same) as on a laptop.......sorry, I'm not sure what else to suggest!

I've never been able to tick or cross but always being able to use thanks button. But tonight, for first time, I can't use thanks button. It turns green initially but doesn't register the thanks. It then goes white again. I've tried all of above but nothing seems to be working.0

It's let me do three thanks tonight, then just stopped working.0

So apparently I can thank now though it doesn't show up green when I do it. A bit hit and miss which is a bit annoying.0
