Seems to be a common problem. You would think they would make an effort to get them fixed or buy better quality. Oh but then.........

And even more depressing is the first comment made by a similarly affected motorist.
This also happened to me in December. I appealed and had a witness, but they still made me pay.....again !
The Great British public remain shockingly naive in private parking matters.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yet another Parking Eye scandal. They will soon be in every paper in the UK for being scammers.

The lady is right to contact Action Fraud because until proved otherwise .... this is a scam and no doubt fraud

I know, I read that too. It's so depressing the number of people who pay up. Hospital car park too, I mean it's not as if you even want to be there in the first place as a patient or a visitor.
