I appealed and had a witness, but they still made me pay.....again !Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Yet another Parking Eye scandal. They will soon be in every paper in the UK for being scammers.
The lady is right to contact Action Fraud because until proved otherwise .... this is a scam and no doubt fraud0 -
And even more depressing is the first comment made by a similarly affected motorist.
The Great British public remain shockingly naive in private parking matters.
I know, I read that too. It's so depressing the number of people who pay up. Hospital car park too, I mean it's not as if you even want to be there in the first place as a patient or a visitor.0 -
