Student Financial Support Help

Hi,
I am a single parent and currently have one going through Uni and one heading off in September.
My eldest gets the loan and grant
My youngest will only get the loan
Just over a year ago she started looking at all the options and debt she will come out and got herself a Saturday job. She earns £250 per month and has been saving about £150 per month since September 2014. Recently she has taken an evening cleaning job paying £7.50 p/h for 2 hours mon-fri bringing in an additional £300 per month.
She is now saving £450 per month for Uni - this makes up the deficit from the grant.
Can your daughters not work now and all through the summer to contribute?0 -

I may however be wrong about this, as i only paid a passing interest.
Hi Andy
It's still on a sliding scale based on parental income
