Hi all - thank you to everyone who posts their questions (however silly they sometimes think they are - they're usually helping others by asking them!) and to all giving their help and advice.
I've been lurking for a while, me & DH will be going BR soon, just need the Business Bankrupty to go through (wish there was a forum for that!)....anyway just for now.. our eldest daughter has a few £25 Savings Bonds in her name given as pressies when she was younger by Grandparents, and a few bought by us for her - do you think the OR would take these???
Cheers, Pixie :-) (be happy!)

If they are in daughters name then the OR wont be interested in them. My daughter had a nationwide account (Smart2Save) and I brought her book to my initial meeting with OR clerk on day of bankruptcy and she said they were not interested in it as I was only a trustee of the account and that the account was my daughers.
Hope this helpsWent BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. BSC No 880 -
Hi
No, they won't be interested and you need not mention it - it's you going BR, not your daughter.
All the best0
