Telegraph - how many entries?

Hi all,
I'm new to comping and have a question about whether it's advisable to enter a competition multiple times? For instance, the Telegraph has some fantastic prizes and allows multiple entries, but the MSE tips suggest that some companies exclude multiple entries. Is there an easy way to know which ones these are?

It will say in the T&C's

As it says in the "Comping Guide" - read all the T&C's of every competition before you enter

hi, most of the comps posted by the ops on mse
usually include the relevant t&c's &/or
if the comp is multiple/&/or one entry only,
& always best to read the t&c's as well

I think all telegraph comps are one entry only. I can't remember any multiple entries with telegraph. Celebrity Angels, entertainment focus, canned food some of the kiss, absolute, magic offer multiple entries. ITV, gadget show, postal express comps offer multiple entries. You can also have multiple entries on daily mags and click to wins by doing one entry per site every day so for example you could do a comp for a Nutribullet on TV choice, win something, that's life, bella and so on in one day and can do that the day after and the day after that until that comp ends.

I remember there being a bit of controversy about the 'winners' of Telegraph competitions.
