Usenext and debt collection

I signed up for a trial of there services at the end of 2014. A couple of days later I sent an email to cancel and cancelled the Paypal order. A few weeks later I got an email saying unable to debit my account please check your details are up to date (they where).
Then 9 months later I started getting emails saying we have noticed you haven't paid. I replied asking why it had taken them 9 months to chase a debt. They replied by saying to turn the conversation around as to why I hadn't paid??
I then emailed asking for copies of all emails and transcripts from them asking for repayment. They ignored that and replied about how they complied with there own TOS and if I didn't pay up would send my details onto a debt collection agency.
I told them they should have raised a dispute via Paypal. No response from them
Fast forward to now. Got an email from some German debt collectors demanding I pay up or else. They don't have my home address nor any CC details from me. All they have to go on is two differing email addresses and Paypal payment reference.
What should I do?

Hi,
Similar thread a few months ago about this company, similar circumstances to you.
If they havent got an address for you then there's absolutely nothing they can do with regard to recovery of the alledged debt.
They can email all they want, unless you get something in writing, which is unlikely, just ignore them.
