I'd rather write to them. I think they'd be obligated to do it in that case because they wouldn't be able to try and sell you it.0

Haha! No I havnt. It was just a random thought I had today. Not 100% sure it would even work0

I called and said I wanted to cancel, the guy asked me why so I said I couldn't justify paying the fee when I wasn't going to be applying for credit for at least 18 months. He said fair enough, offered me some alert subscription for 2.99 which I declined and then he cancelled it there and then. Not pushy at all, super simple to cancel it!0
