Centrepieces?

We are having a bit of an unusual theme along the lines of musicals and books (I'm having paper flowers instead of fresh flowers).

Looking for centre pieces and I want to name tables after musicals and have a centrepiece that reflects the musical but I can't find anyone anywhere that does things like this. I was thinking of making them myself and asking the venue if they'd set them up for a fee but I'm not crafty in this area and don't really know where to start. Has anyone got any pointers?

There's literally thousands of crafters who would make them - just find something you like then google for paper crafters, show them the picture and voila.

Hike Those Likes Marketplace on FB are pretty good with finding suppliers, send them a picture/photo of what you want and people come back with prices and timescales. I've used them twice for birthday presents, but there's literally thousands on there, most UK based and you can check their work out before you agree to anything.

We had a Blackpool theme for our wedding (in Blackpool where we live) and each table was named after an attraction - Winter Gardens Pleasure Beach, North Pier etc. We found original programmes & adverts in the local history section of our library, which then copied for us, they were then laminated and used as table centres.

Pinterest is wondrful! I've found quite a few things on there which I have changed for our wedding.

Our venue does basic set up for free on the morning of, so check that out before you go and offer yet more money!

I make paper flowers, what sort of thing are you after?
Can you show some photos?
Just a word of warning though paper flowers are a little bit more than fresh flowers as its so time consuming and the speciality papers are expensive.
