CCCS / DMP question

Hi folks, I am hoping that someone can answer this query for me. I received my September statement from CCCS today and whilst checking it over noticed that on two of the debts, the amounts outstanding appear to be increasing. I know that the interest has been frozen on all of them. On one debt the current estimated balance is 631.90 when the original balance was 630.00 and I have made payments totally £170.47 to date. On the other the original balance was £2758.00 and now the estimate balance is 3198.37 - a total of 165.42 payment to date. I started my DMP with CCCS at the end of 2004. Any ideas what is going on?

looks like someone has started adding interest again to me - I suggest phoning CCCS and asking them to look into it for you. I can't think what else it could be.Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

It's a bit naughty and annoying without notifying you or CCCS but I just can't see what else it could be. Good luck and let us know what they say xxOlympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

Hi There
We're with the CCCS too and if it's any help our statement which we got today is a bit screwey too - there are all kinds of weird things on it and this hasn't happened before in the 3 years we've been with them. I suspect their computer systems has some bugs in it, and phone them up (that's what we'll do Monday) to clarify xProud to be dealing with my debt!

I think you'd have heard if the interest was being charged on things again dubgirl... good luck - hope it's just a glitch. I'm sure ours is. They state our opening debt at about £20K more than it was... very weird!
But we're swapping to our own DMP this month so I'm not too bothered
xProud to be dealing with my debt!
