I suspect that the reason is that we don't have a statistically valid sample. Still it will cheer up some people on a Monday and that's no bad thing.

House prices in one part of!Anglesey!plummeted by more than 44% in one year, new figures have revealed.
Average sale prices in the LL71 postcode area around Llanerch Y Medd were £93,500 last year, down from £169,000 in 2014 - the biggest fall in North Wales.

Probably the one that sold for £169k was made of wattle and daub, whereas the one that sold for £83k was made from turf.0

IOM properties appear to have been falling (slightly conflicting sources, some show stagnation, others show small falls) the last few years, not by much, but they certainly are not booming, that's for sure.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Reading the article it's quite ironic that Dafydd Hardy are preaching about sellers needing to be realistic with their asking prices... whilst they themselves are quite prepared to indulge the deranged fantasies of whatever deluded moron thinks an ex public toilet in the middle of a grim Anglesey council estate is somehow worth £100k!

Take a look at the street view to get a fuller appreciation of the delightful surroundings.0 -

.......although you've got to admit it's convenient!;)0 -
If you travelled a few miles to look at that, based on the estate agents photos and description you would be pretty p***** off0
