Historical Mortgage rates for a bank

Does anyone know if there is a way to view the mortgage rate for a particular bank for the last year, so I can see how it changed?
For example, 5 year fixed rate Nationwide, currently 2.24 % but I want to know if it was lower in the last year.
Thanks,
JD

Very difficult because the rate will depend on LTV and also they may have quotas so that they can only lend so much at one rate before they move to another.0
