Polling staff for May 2016

In case anyone is interested - local councils are currently recruiting Poll Station staff for the police & crIme commissioner election on Thursday 5th May. Pay is £150 for the day. You'll need to contact your local council quickly to fill out an application form and get added to the register. (And even if you're not successful this time - as we all know there will be the EU Referendum in June, so they'll need polling staff for that one also). It's an easy day (can be a bit boring but, hey, you're getting paid!)

    EU Referendum is on 23rd June.

    Don't know how you missed the date, it's wall to wall on the news today!
