I buy all my sheets from M&S. thy sell the Extra Deep ones which are lovely and deep with plenty of tuck under even though they are fitted. Highly Recommend.

I have had several from Dunelm made by Dorma as we have a mattress topper and they wash really well!

20 inch does seem quite deep! Is this just the mattress on do you have a topper or memory foam? The deepest I've seen is 18 inch at elinens.co.uk
