Pinecone research problem

I've been with them years now, always had regulary surveys. The last 3 months I stopped getting any notifications of surverys so would log in and check if any were available. Since Christmas I have had no surveys at all! Emailed them but no reply.

Is anyone else not getting surveys lately?

I have had two. It has def slowed down since Christmas.

Strange as I was getting loads before. I did change the frequency recently to no limit and since then I have had none.

I may have had 1 this year, but it's been quiet for me too. You might want to check with them that your email address hasn't been blocked. That happened to me and I didn't realise until most of last year had gone by. Apparently it has happened to quite a lot of people. They tried to claim I was doing something they didn't allow, like completing surveys from outside the UK. I told them that was impossible since I haven't been abroad for about 16 years! They agreed to re-instate my account.

I have only had one this year direct from them also, although i have noticed 2 pinecone surveys for 50 cents each via swagbucks

I emailed them about it but they didn't reply. I wonder what's going on with them.

I've also been a member of Pinecone for years now, and don't think there has been a survey from them this year. Although - from memory - there was a short questionnaire about household products, which they send every so often.

I had nothing for a few months, emailed to query, they replied telling me I had been reactivated, and have had several surveys since, I don't know why my account was stopped though!
