Meal planning - WK 22/2

Morning All,
Just about to pop out for my normal Sunday potter, so I figured I should meal plan to avoid impulse purchases.
This week I shall be mostly eating:
Breakfast - Oats, Yogurt, Fruit
Lunches -
HM veg Soup and roll,
Free lunch at work (I've asked for a meat salad),
HM veg Soup and roll,
HM veg Soup and roll,
Dinner -
chicken casserole x 2
faggots, root veg mash, peas x 2
Shopping list -
bread roll
pears
bananas
coffee
milk
[STRIKE]maybe stirfry veg[/STRIKE]
[strike]peppers (if they're cheap)[/STRIKE]
carrot/swede
EDIT: there was a load of veg packs (diced Potato, carrot, cabbage, onion, swede) reduced to 19p each, so veg soup, veg mash, and chicken casserole will be made.

That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

I got a load of reduced stuff in C0stc0 so my plan will involve using them up and buying as little as posible!
Sun - Sliced ham with pineapple, cauliflower cheese
Mon - Roast pork with mashed carrot and swede, mashed potato, broccoli and gravy (LO cauli cheese for lunch)
Tues - leftover roast dinner (oatcakes, ham, cheese and pineapple for lunch)
Wed - Bubble and squeak (at a conference so lunch included)
Thurs - Stir fried chicken and any leftover veg, noodles and sweet chili sauce (out all day so lunch will be rice cakes and fruit)
Fri - Tomato and bacon pasta bake with garlic bread (lunch at work event)
Sat - out for afternoon tea, LO pasta bake if I'm hungry later on.

Lunches : HM soup of the week, crackers ,cheese
Dinner DD's tonight
Monday bangers and mashand cabbage
Tuesday Quiz night at the pub (meal comes inclusive of quiz)
Wednesday Pork fillet from freezer and salad
Thursday spag bol from freezer
Friday Steamed fish and veg from freezer
Saturday Cajun chicken from freezer and salad
No shopping to buy as most of the stuff is from the freezer and freshfruit and veg I bought yesterday0 -

Not sure which days will be what so a fairly general week here. Hoping that I find it easier this way and don't beat myself up when I've not had the 'right' dish on the 'right' day!
Breakfasts:
Toast/croissants/muffins
Granola
Porridge
Light Meals: (we have supper/main meal sometimes at lunchtime and sometimes at tea time)
Egg & Chips
Chef's-type salad
Toasties
Soup
Main Meals:
Lamb chops - veg - gravy
Mac Cheese - salad
Sausage Casserole - baguette
Fish (salmon) cakes - veg
Stir-fry w/pork and noodles
Mince & sliced potato bake (not used in a previous week) w/veg
Treats:
HM biccies of some sort0 -
These are mine for the week
Breakfasts
Muesli and a piece of fruit.
Toast and marmite.
Toast and marmalade.
Poached/boiled eggs
Lunches
Home made soup and roll
Pita bread with humus
Pita bread with cheese and salad
Microwaved leftovers (if there are any)
Teas
Sunday: Turkey and mushroom tangle pie, potatoes, roast parsnips, cauliflour, curly kale, sweetcorn. . Apple meringue.
Monday: As Sunday
Tuesday: Smoked salmon fillet, new potatoes, green beans (will we EVER finish last year's frozen green beans??) sprouting broccoli, garlic mayo.
Wednesday: Jacket potato, salmon and sweetcorn with garlic mayo, winter salads, sweet and sour pickled beetroot.
Thursday: Quorn chilli and rice, salad greens.
Friday: Fish pie or fishcakes, SW wedges, mushy peas.
The allotments still full of leeks, kale sand sprouting broccoli so I need to plan in using them more in soups this week.0
