Fixed Term contract

Hi,
Ive been phoning/doing research as im on a fixed term contract, not having much luck I have around 14months remainder and i have been working for the past 5 months with a small gap before that.
Has anyone got any advice, which mortgage companies to go for.

I've just got a mortgage on a fixed term. I had to wait until I had 12 months under my belt as that seemed the be the universal minimum requirement (or with the having at least with 2 years remaining and/or a history of being renewed etc) before anyone would even look at it.0
