The mortgage is presumably in both names so the other party has an obligation to make the full payment if the BR can't. Discuss with the insolvency practitioner.0 -
He is seeking professional advise just trying to do any research I can to see if I can help. I thought I had read on here somewhere that a charging order for an individual's debt could not be applied to a joint mortgage. Typically I can't find it now.0
