Too late. There are already about 60 pallets and half a dozen tyres on the Milltown Road at Belvoir.0

OP, you could get about 60 of 'em at Milltown Road, Belvoir. Some free tyres there too if they are of any use.0

Is it just me or is the twelfth getting earlier every year? It's not even paddy's day yet. My school day memory associates all this with school finishing - 11 days - as long as the hay was made.“What means that trump?” Timon of Athens by William Shakespeare0

thanks zola, gumtree was my first port of call. il prob end up buying a few off there. £2 a pallet seems to be the norm, but if anyone knows where can get for free that would be better- other than raiding a bonfire0

Check local industrial estate - small businesses often have some lurking outside or about that they would be happy to get rid of. Or put a 'wanted' on Freegle / FreecycleFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Depends how many you want, lorry drivers may deliver to you for £1 or £1.50 each. Ask the next delivery driver you meet!0
