Waiting for my first win of 2016!

Just the one win for me so far this year as well... and that was waaayyyyy back at the beginning of January.


Maybe I tempted fate a bit by titling my thanks on IWIWIW 'First Win of 2016'!

I was fortunate to win a table in feb, though I still await delivery. Apart from that nothing at all since I started comping again in Oct last year.
I do this when I am "between jobs" and in the past I've had one or two successes.
There are though folks on the forum that seem to be winning regularly...I wish I knew their secret!
I only ever wanted to win a TV, the one I have is slowly dying which i cant afford to replace, I hope it doesn't give up on me anytime soon :-)

I'd like to join the club ... it's been soooo long since I won anything.

I've been using Goodreads loads more over the last year and haven't won a thing from there in about 6 months. They used to be regular little wins for me. I love books ... bit weird, but I'd rather win books than, say, an iPad.

Nothing yet for me, my sister in law who has just started comping has won about 10 prizes in the last 2 weeks!! its just not fair!!!!!

what, like in the weekly MSE email where ML quotes a random "forumite" claiming that comping has given her a "fantastic lifestyle" - yeah just like the box of Maltesers I have won this year has really changed my life!
