Buying oven on line

This is my first post ever so please bear with me. Not sure if this thread is in the right location! Please feel free to keep me right!

I am looking to buy an integrated electric oven. Can anyone please recommend where I could buy one online at a good price. I have searched on line but not confident. I was looking at appliances direct but have come across very poor reviews which is a shame as if you subscribed to which, you got a discount of £20. I also looked at Appliances online however they don't have the model I'm after.

Thanks G

P.s. Although I am new I have been lurking for a few weeks. Can't believe I havent discovered this forum earlier. You all seem pretty savvy! 😊

Although they don't have want you want AO are OK but will spam you with e-mails and phone calls for weeks after your order. And if you complain the MD will reply he does not agree but claims it is good customer service, I don't think he knows what good customer service is!
  • Go into John Lewis. They will match a bricks and mortar company like for like and give you oodles of customer service if you need any after sales care.
  • Thanks I don't fancy being hounded with emails!

If there is only a few £ in the price difference to online then I'd definitely use John Lewis. Though all the electrical kitchen appliances they sell may not be stock items (they are shown in a brochure) & then delivered direct from manufacturer in many cases, you could go somewhere like Curry's to check out if they carry the model you are after, so you can see it in the flesh. Then order from John Lewis.

Because you usually get a longer guarantee on electricals from JL plus free delivery & great after sales service, it's worth paying a little extra for the peace of mind.

There is also a company called Euronics that seems to get very favourable reviews, I've never used them myself, but know people who have so perhaps check them out too.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
