While the CSA is guilty of making lots of mistakes, from what you've described they didn't get it wrong. At the beginning your partner did earn more than £200 a week. Two years later, his pay decreased but he never told them about the change. That's his mistake, not theirs.I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0

Sorry OP but Honey is right, if your partner didn't inform them of the change then its not their fault. He wont be able to inform them now to have it backdated. He should make sure that they now have his current salary so that he can be assured that the current calculation is correct.0
