'part time 'working /holiday days

my wife is classified in her employment as 'part time' this consists of working 3 weeks at 36 hours a week,and one week at 30 hours-specifically a 5 day week for 3 weeks, followed by a 4 day week. when it comes to holidays-her employer says as she is 'part time'(not that a minimum of 36 hours is that 'part time '), and…

What the OP does not say is what the full time holiday is.

so it is not clear if full time + BH is more than statutory.

there is a possibility of a bit of wiggle room if the full timers get BH + more than 20 days but if not the part timers need at least statutory min holidays which will be based on 5.6 weeks.
