Not getting prizes

Maybe it is just my bad luck but I seem to be having trouble getting prizes recently and this is not something that normally happens. I have two seperate companies that claim to have posted a prize that I haven't received. On messaging them to let them know I haven't received them they are both ignoring me. One of the companies also owes a prize to a friend and is ignoring her as well. Other prizes in the pipeline for some time I shall have to chase up soon. Chatting to people in facebook groups and there seems to be a few people having trouble not getting prizes lately.

Is this the latest bugbear to add to the cheats and other things that leave a sour taste with comps?

Hopefully it's just an error with the postal service, definitely chase them up!

What were the prizes just out of curiosity?
