I am currently planning my wedding for next year, and starting to think about favours..
I have seen organza bags on Amazon in my chosen colour, (Cadbury purple) just now needing ideas of affordable items to fill the bags with that are also really nice
Any ideas?

What is the theme of your wedding if there is one?First Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0

Hiya
There's not a set theme but It's a winter wedding right before Christmas, and the colours are Cadbury purple and silver. There will be things on the table like scatter crystals and snow flakes and glitter on the invites x

Thanks! Gives me some thing to get some idea
What about something like a :-
1) hot chocolate kits so a sachet of some posh hot chocolate, small mini marshmallows ect maybe even one of those chocolate lolly things.
2) some empty baubles (you can by ones that you can open up and they click together) fill them with mini candy canes or some other sweets or even the hot chocolate kit from above
3) gingerbread cookie or a gingerbread kit again you could put this in a bauble
4) snowflake lollipops with a cadbury purple bow on the stalk. Or snowy cakepops you can get a variety of coverings for those. In Asda they do a Frozen themed sprinkle set that could work

5) snowflake soaps or candles
6) I also had cadburys purple and silver for my theme and on the table I did bowls of heart chocolates and balls that I bought from ebay in both colours maybe make a bag up of those
Hope some of these helpFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -

We had hot chocolate on spoons. You can buy them for £2.50 each in Whittards or you can make them yourself for a fraction of the cost. We melted dark chocolate (relatively good quality), added cocoa powder and a small amount of golden syrup. Spooned the mixture into ice cube trays, stuck wooden spoons when it was set enough for them to stand up by themselves.
Once they had set, popped them out, into a cellophane bag (you could use your organza bags) and we printed labels onto card. One side had the guest's name and the other had instructions for use. They took three days to make (quicker if you have more ice cube trays than me!), cost approx. 30p each and doubled up as favours and place names. Would definitely work in a winter wedding.
(And if any are left behind - we had two - then you can easily use them yourself after the wedding too!)0
