Who owns a CV?

Just be careful when you upload to a site - that you may think a CV and covering letter is just saved on your profile - that unless you 'untick' a box at the very bottom, it states on a couple that this will be used publicly.
Also, there have been a few cases of recruitment consultants taking CVs with them when they move firms (which they seem to every 6 months). This would certainly be actionable as any implied agreement is with the firm and not an individual consultant.
You can report to the Information Commissioner any breaches of your data being used, shared or lost without consent/informing etc.Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0
