Hi Guys!
Just wondering if anyone knows for what period Wonga were retracting their loans?
Just called them and they can't even tell me which of the loans i took out defaulted -__-

Should add that they have now confirmed that i defaulted on one loan in August 2013 and then again on another one in 2014.
I understand that i was irresponsible (but at the time i was out of options) however wouldn't common sense tell you not to lend to someone who had just defaulted?

the answer is YES they should not have lent you money after your first default , and they were indeed found guilty of doing this
secondly those are defaults , have you considered paying the loans off before they apply for CCJs

It's clearly Wongas fault for lending, not the OPs fault for applying when they already had a defaulted loan with them.0
