Lloyd's Mortgage Problems with verifying income!!! Are we going to lose the property?

They are being deliberately evasive and not answering us when we ask for information such as 'if this issue us resolved will we get the mortgage offer?' or even if the documents have been passed to the underwriters.
The entire application application process is handled by an underwriting team. They'll be handling thousands of enquires concurrently. So knowing the precise position of your application at any given moment in time simply isn't practical. Half term week as well so staff numbers are going to be lower than normal. Sometimes best to let due process take it's course and let people get on with jobs. The more disruption the longer the task will take.0
