Hee hee hee

Since my lightbulb moment I feel amazing - I know it wont last but it seems that my luck has changed already. I did the weekly shop this morning and spent £67 instead of the usual £80. I then found a lottery scratchcard in my bag that I must have bought ages ago - and won £20! I have put this in my jar with all my spare change and at the end of the month ill pay this off one of my debts.

Must remember this day when I am feeling low......

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

This reminds me of the quote,

"Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity" - Seneca

  • :j That's brilliant.
I think a positive attitude always helps, as you say it's not always easy to keep up, but has a great effect when in full swing.
Well done on the shopping saving - you know it becomes addictive don't you ?
