Topcashback new member deal

Hi
I saw that topcashback were offering £7 cashback on a £7 box of Thorntons chocolates for new members a couple of weeks ago,so I decided to take advantage of this.
My cashback has come back at a £5.83 spend and has now confirmed 23p cashback. Has anyone else done this deal and had the correct amount of cashback either track or confirm? I have also contacted topcashback about it but I was interested to see if anyone else had done it.....

Hi, the same thing happened to me and they ignored my report of the issue. It seems like false advertising to me.
I'm steering clear of TOPCASHBACK it's clearly a con!0 -
Do not know about the £7 deal but £5.83 is the pre vat amount so they obviously do not give cashback on the vat.0
