The sw site is pretty awful, like a throwback to the 90's. When I setup our co. Pension last year we had to use internet explorer in compatibility mode - awful IMO. I got so fed up I sent them the code to make it work in chrome etc, but even now the site is littered with errors, and being ASP driven, not entirely invulnerable to SQL injection. When I login to my personal area I get all sorts if error messages even during the day, emailing my contact just results in ' we'll get back to you'
Still its cheap, and maybe in 25 years time they might have sorted it out.
