Winning a competition, but never receive the prize

I've been entering competitions since June of last year and to be honest I think I've been very lucky.
However, three of the competitions I entered I never received the prize:

• VW Toolkit (Facebook)
• Moviemaking Kit (Facebook)
• Valentine's Day flowers (interflora)

I've contacted the companies or agents to enquire about the prizes, but I never received a response.

I'm wondering if any other comping members have had similar issues with receiving prizes. I don't want to come across as being ungrateful because I've had reasonable success.

Fortunately I have only had issues with one and after many months contacted the IPM who referred it to the ASA and prize arrived within a couple of weeks.

The IPM are much less consumer focused now and it is generally better to go to the ASA when you have tried long enough yourself

only the once. I won an ITunes gift card in Elizabeth shaw's advent competition very early in December. nothing arrived in mid January (just put it down to the xmas rush) but sent them a message, they replied and said they would send it out that week. the beginning of Feb arrived and nothing so got back in touch and they apologised and said it would be sent out that week. that was two weeks ago and it arrived this morning. they were lovely about it
