getting nowhere

following this thread,etc i have asked my catalogues for my signed ccas and sent the £1 fee, but, i seem to be going on and on exchanging letters asking then them sending unsigned agreement, me writing back asking for signed - them saying they are within law,etc, what should i do now?

    The next letter should be the one stating that they haven't complied with the request within the legal time limit they HAVE to and you are now lodging a complaint with the DPR.

    thanks conor - do you have the template letter for that please? also - what are my rights now? im scared as never owed before - my credit rating is bad now too so they mustve filed it all
