James Clow - recent sales
Comments

I just bought a two-bedroom flat here. Mine is not one with the superb views north over the docks but I am nevertheless very pleased with it.
The position and build quality are superb and of course they are excellent value at the moment. I love the walk along the river from the centre past Clarendon Dock and I just adored Belfast - it was my first time there when I visited in February.
Simon Brien released another 11 and they are selling very quickly. (They are on the Simon Brien website.)
I took a look at the Titanic Quarter and actually I prefer the James Clow building and its location.
Can you very kindly let me know the name of your letting agent?
Thanks!

Location? Sailor Town... Are you serious. It's probably one of the most depressing areas of the city.
I see you're not from around here?0 -
It was my first visit to Belfast and I looked at the city with fresh eyes.
Sailortown depressing? The walk to Pilot Street along the river, past the Harbour Office, is stunning.
It's a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral Quarter and Duke of York pub.
Sailortown reminds me of Shad Thames in London in about 1982.0 -

The walk past the CCEA car park and the postal sorting office? Or along Corporation Street because the gate at the Harbour Office closes at night? Have you walked the other way along the old stena line terminal?
Do you like office blocks, empty car parks and motorway underpasses? I guess you could call it stunning...0 -

I've long thought that if Belfast really want's to improve the look and feel of the city, especially with the giants park/titanic developments, those bridges at the odyssey could do with going. They just cut the city in half. Ugliest things.0 -
Surely it's the river that the bridges cross that splits the city in two?“What means that trump?” Timon of Athens by William Shakespeare0

I see Simon Brien are putting more on sale.
Got an email from them a few weeks back. but most of them seem to have been gone. Although they now have a private sale, two bed with a view of the docks, £135,000 asking price.
Seems a bit too high for me. Any thoughts?0
