Thank you Shandygirl managed to get a few simply pure products which I've read good thing's about especially the serum which is on special offer at just £1.29 at the moment http://www.superdrug.com/Skin/Face/Serums/Superdrug-Simply-Pure-Hydrating-Serum-50ml/p/342700
Great minds think alike, I saw a good review for the serum on Friday and bought 2 at the excellent price if £1.29.0 -

Now I remember why I don't post very often.
It's just some bath stuff, for goodness sake!
Presumably a negative comment is one with which you don't agree - but a range of opinions can be very helpful and is surely one of the main functions of this sort of discussion forum? Trying to censor other people's comments because you personally don't like them is rather high-handed.
If as you seem to be suggesting people should only post in praise of an item, there are going to be a lot of disappointed people around if they order in the happy belief that the item is loved by all and has no negatives.
I'd far sooner have a range of views and I can then make a much more informed decision on whether or not I want to order something, 'free' (actually not free; it's an inducement to buy) or otherwise.0 -
Quite a strange scent - who wants to smell like a cranberry?!0

I have to say that on a general note, I'm inclined to agree with Pun.
I actually prefer it when posters pipe up about the negatives. I've often still gone ahead and bought whatever it is, but having a range of opinions is something I find helpful.
Some post the negatives more 'delicately' than others though, I guess0 -

Has an odd pong - 'the tangy scent of cranberries softened sweetened by chantilly cream'. Clearly someone was having a day of wishful thinking. I wouldn't recognise either cranberry or cream.
Packaging is quite cheap and a bit garish - sort of thing you'd find in a Poundshop and buy for your 12 year old daughter. No wonder my local Superdrug was stacked to the rafters with them - the SA said a lot of people didn't want the gift even when they were eligible.
Having said all that, I think it's a brilliant offer because it pointed me in the direction of a lot of bargain skincare products, many of which I've used/still use. There are some great reductions and multi-buys and I just handed the freebie straight over to a charity shop on my way back from shopping. Win win. Thanks OP!0 -

Some of the comments on here are a bit harsh, do peeps expect top of the range products, instead of token freebies?
I think Superdrug have been generous considering the amount some people are spending!!!curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0
