Ground Rent/Service charge demand from solicitor - please help!

That's useful to know soundgirlrocks as I am being threatened with Solicitors for service charge arrears from 2015.0

So you say there is equity in the propert.
Does your partner appreciate that all the payments you have been making will be offset against his share in the equity. Service charges and ground rent if the arrears are passed to a debt collector they will also add charges which once again will reduce the share of the equity for both of you.
Stop letting him manipulate you this way.There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0
