Rose I've just looked on BBC website and looks as it was really bad conditions. Hard to think of 40 accidents in one day but no serious injuries.

We had really heavy hailstones about dinner time today. Bit worrying reading about all the accidents. Strange weather.

leanfun I couldn't believe it when it happened. If you look back earlier today I said in the inn it had got dark then a few minutes later we had hail stones. It had been sunny and warm before it happened.

Looking nice here although think we are going to have showers in the afternoon.
DS3 back to work today. He has had 3 weeks holidays in about 6 weeks as he hadn't used them earlier as they were short staffed. He actually got decent weather for a lot of them. Be glad to see him back though as he works on a different time to us!

Quite a few have had the same request. Apparently it's someone pretending to be Sally.

Ho , Ho Sheils great pic. Have to admit we are only just moving here. Like your DS3 we are on different timetable.

DH went back to sleep so I have been looking at papers online. Daily Mail has article about cat's meows. Wey aye man do cats speak Geordie.
We have Geordie friends who moved to Madeira and took in a kitten who now does speak Georgie!

Sunny here too but for how long.
