This would be an absolutely fanatastic deal if it were to be honoured but I agree with Daniel that this is probably just an error with the picture on the home page.

The 11 months free and the free Xbox 360 offers are listed separately but tthere is no combined offer with both of them. Might be worth a try anyway as if you take 11 months free over the 12 month contract (using Quidco of course) you can make £15 profit even if you don't get the Xbox 360.

Yearly cost (£35 x 12) £420
Minus 11 months free -£385
Minus Quidco cashback -£50 (Quidco is only showing at £50 for me and not £60 as per the OP)

Total -£15 (i.e. £15 profit)

I went for it last night and have copied the page in case they claim foul. Getting any phone so cheap on Orange is pretty hard for reason at the moment. Even without the Xbox I think it's a good deal. Used Phones4U years ago and no worse than other High Street mobile shops. Only problem I had with them was trying to sell me insurance etc through whole contract. Mentally preparing myself for that.

Its a typo and the IT section are on the case to change it. It should read you get either the 11 months free or an Xbox 360, but still a good deal with Quidco.

ive spoke to them this is an error and wont be honoured

there are t&cs in place to cover as well as there is no mention on the receipt

I bought several phones from them - the last one about 15 months ago. They were absolutely hopeless at processing cashbacks. Even recorded delivery doesn't work with them as they simply did not answer. I gave up afetr wasting a few hours.

I think one reason for paucity of Orange deals is that if you've a contract for £30+ per month you can claim free basic 2Mbps Orange Broadband service on your landline.

Can vouch that. And also phoneboxdirect which owes me 2 cashbacks!! (I have missed a full stop while completing the cashback form ).
