go to lastpass, preferences, notifications

Untick, Click Icons in Fields

scroll down , save, restart browser

Go back to woman and home, try Alt + L again

Go to woman and home to the log in area

click lastpass icon

Show matching sites

click on it

click on the little arrow to the right, then click on edit, is everything filled in, email and password?

Latpass works on all my mag dailies, so it must be something in your sellings, Alt + L logs in for me, no problems

I know it shows L as a capital, only use lower case l when changing hotkeys

I have a problem with a few of the mag daillies. I just click on the lastpass icon, where it says show matching sites, I click on 'copy password' and paste this into the password box. If you cannot sort it out, this may be a stopgap solution.

I've clicked on the LastPass icon in Woman and Home, where it says '1'. then I clicked on the plus sign, the info boxes in there were blank, so I've filled those in. It now seems to work, but I have a '2' instead of a '1', so seem to have two lots of info in the same account

Have I gone wrong somewhere?

Right, it has saved the site twice, and is using the log in with the empty fields.

Delete the one with the missing password etc

To check if you have double sites saved, click lastpass , go to lastpass vault
in the search box at the top, type comp, it will show all the mag dailies you have saved, any double ones, you can delete
