They may not be able to supply it, that would mean you may not have to pay it.
The assumption we have is that Natwest still own the account, so you don't need to deal with any 3 rd party such as apex.
Are you fully aware of the implications if Natwest can't provide a copy of the agreement ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I assume the cca will tell us who owns the account. I still feel it may be Apex because they were keeping £9 out of every £10 paid to them.
From that link you included in your first message, if the creditor does not comply with the cca request:
they cannot take you to court to enforce repayments, however they can keep requesting repayments and they can pass the debt onto another DCA, and inform a credit reference agency. Is that right?0 -

Yes that's right, however in reality if correct paperwork is not forthcoming they tend to go quiet and disappear altogether after a while.
But wait and see what they come back to you with first.
It won't tell you who now owns the account, you will need to request info on that seperatly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
