My Buy to Let Mortgage Application with Virgin Money was going fine until they heard that the vendor wanted to become my Tenant. Anyone know why this might a problem or how to solve it?

    Can't remember the exact rules but sale and rent back is no longer allowed.

    Solved by getting a fresh tenant
