A4 pads, no holes or margin

I am trying to find A4 pads

NO holes for ring binder
NO margin

Preferably narrow lined

I have used this type for years from various shops but suddenly they seem to be off the shelves, that is unless you know different.

You could just buy a plain pad and print yourself a guide sheet for the lines. Or do you actually need the lines?
