1. The prize draw is open to members of Which? Connect only from Tuesday 15th December 2015 (the “Connect Opening Date”) and is then also open to members of the general public on Thursday 17th December 2015 (the “General Public Opening Date”). To enter the prize draw, you need to complete both of the following before 10:00 on Monday 15 February 2016 (the “Closing Date”):
   1. Complete the Which? Car Survey 2016 (the “Survey”) about at least one car; and
   2. Complete the “General Information About You” section of the survey.
2. Members of Which? Connect may enter the prize draw from the Connect Opening Date. Members of the general public may enter the prize draw from the General Public Opening Date. To enter from the General Public Opening Date there is no requirement to subscribe to Which? or any of the publications or services that it, or any of its affiliates, provides nor is there a requirement to make a purchase of any nature as a condition of entry. The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 17 and over, excluding:
   1. panel members who receive points, prizes or monetary reward for completing the Survey through a third party survey provider; or
   2. employees of Which? Limited, Which? Financial Services Limited or the Consumers’ Association;
   3. non-employees working at Which? Limited, Which? Financial Services Limited or the Consumers’ Association and,
   their immediate families and anyone living in the employee's or non-employee’s household. Proof of age may be required.
3. Entry into the prize draw is limited to one (1) entry per person.
4. By submitting the Survey and completing the “General Information About You” section you will be deemed to have understood and accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The prize is a prize amount equal to free fuel for one (1) year based on twelve thousand (12,000) miles (average annual mileage in the UK), achieving 30mpg (miles per gallon) and the petrol price of 115.8p per litre (based on average petrol and diesel prices between the period from November 2014 to October 2015 provided by the AA). This works out at a fuel value of two-thousand, one-hundred and five pounds and seventy-five pence (£2,105.75), but will be rounded-up to two-thousand, five-hundred pounds (£2,500) (the “Prize”) and this prize amount will be paid to the Winner by BACS.
6. Which? reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
7. There will be one (1) prize winner. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by Which? by the Closing Time (the “Winner”).
8. The Winner will be informed by email or by telephone by 18 July 2016 using the contact details supplied at the time of entry. Which? reserves the right to feature the full name and town of the Winner in any of our publications, websites and social media accounts.
9. If requested, the first name and location of the winner shall be available by emailing which@which.co.uk quoting ‘Car survey prize draw winner 2016’.
10. As well as generally announcing the Winner in accordance with clause 8 and 9 above, we will send a private message to the Winner letting them know that they have been selected as the Winner and asking them to provide the necessary details in order for the Prize to be sent to them via BACS payment. The Winner will be required to provide this information before their Prize can be released
11. The Prize will be sent to the Winner at our expense, by BACS payment, on the condition that the necessary details are provided to Which? within 14 days of the Winner being notified.
12. If we have not heard from the Winner, or if the Winner fails to provide their details for BACS payment within 14 days of the prize draw date, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to consider the Winner to have forfeited the Prize and to withdraw the Prize entitlement of that person.
13. Which? takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
14. Any personal data that we collect in connection with this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and with our privacy policy (a copy of which can be viewed at http://www.which.co.uk/privacy-policy/#?intcmp=GNF.Privacy-Policy) and will only be used to administer this promotion.
15. Which? reserves the right to withdraw or amend either the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time, without notice if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
16. The decision of Which? is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be invalid and disqualified.
17. You agree that if you are the winner, Which? may feature your Twitter handle or name in promotional activities following the prize draw.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
19. The promoter of the prize draw is Which? Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 00677665) whose registered office is at 2 Marylebone Road, London NW1 4DF (“Which?”).
