Mortgage Higher Advance Fee

Hello, Can anybody help? Is a charge referred to in my mortgage statement as "Higher Advance Fee" the same than a PPI? Can as with PPI claim a compensation?

Sounds like a higher lending charge, its not optional. You can't have that product without it.
It's nothing like PPI and can't be claimed backI am a Mortgage Adviser
