My husband found old paperwork relating to an old loan with Black Horse for some beds bought in 2003 which showed PPI that he was missold as he was disabled and not working, so couldn't have claimed anyway. We used the MSE guide to put a claim in and today got a letter from them.
He is being repaid £194 for the payments owed plus compensation on top: a nice total of £340 in our pocket.
