    Hi Arvi
    Suggest you repost this on the savings and investments forum as this one is for people in debt who want to get out. Won't hurt if you are serious though, to post up a statement of affairs to see if any of your expenditure could be cut back - e.g. mobile phone contracts, sky, food bill, utilities etc. etc. so you can save as much as you can. Guess you're looking to get onto the property ladder?
