Wow, that's impressive - as a northerner all you hear is how expensive London houses are - so well done for being so ahead of the curve!
Now, down to the serious business - have you got any stories about horrible celebrities, from your career in showbiz?0 -

Should probably point out that London houses are very expensive, hence my one bed flatBUT it is a lovely one bed flat that I love.
I have got quite a few stories about horrible celebrities actually but considering that I would like to stay in the industry for a good few years, I probably shouldn't tell any of them :rotfl:
As far as nicest celebrities, Mary Berry is definitely up thereMortgage received 21/12/2018

Feeling a little bit rubbish today.
Had an unexpected bill from my property management company for a fire inspection. Frustrating as it wipes out a lot of the savings I've made this month from coupons and cashback, which I was looking forward to overpaying.
Although yesterdays bargain of the day did cheer me up a bit - a cheesy bread thing to go with our spaghetti bolognese from Tesco, £1.30 reduced to 12p! I actually worked out the total cost of the meal and it made me pretty happy.
Spaghetti - Free with coupon
Bolognese sauce - Free with coupon
Quorn mince - 98p with coupon for 2 dinners worth, so 49p
Cheesy bread - 12p with RTC sticker
Cheese - 350g block £1 with coupon, probably used 10ps worth
Total for meal: 71p!
Pretty pleased with that
If anyone's got any motivational words for the day then throw them at me!Mortgage received 21/12/2018

Hi buzzyzoe
To work out interest saved, do the following:
1. Go on MSE's Overpayment Calculator
2. Insert debt, term and rate
3. Insert 0 in "re-occurring overpayment"
4. Insert £100 (or any amount) into "one-off overpayment".
That should give you a bit of extra motivation.
If you are London based you are doing very well to have such a low mortgage! You must have saved a massive deposit.

Bargain of the week: £50 worth of cleaning products and storecupboard bits and bobs from Ocado, with a Wowcher deal to get £50 worth of shopping for £35 I only paid £35 and I should get about £30 worth of cashback back! So quite excited for that to be delivered tonightMortgage received 21/12/2018

Bit of a mixed moneysaving weekend. Got a Dominos on Friday but used a 50% off code so it cost £15 and it did 3 meals so could have been worse. Did a big coupon shop on Saturday spending about £5 on about £25 worth of stuff. And cashed in some rewards from survey sites etc.
I've had about £50 of payments in over the last few days, from cashback apps, Paypal and cheques so technically made money overall this weekend! Can't wait for payday so I can make my overpaymentsMortgage received 21/12/2018
