Mortgage options final mortgage

Coming to the end of 3yr fixed term in couple of months, will have a a balance of around £100k on £375k property.
Want I ideally want to do is greatly reduce the term of the new mortgage and find a final 2 or 3 yr fixed mortgage with the same term. Gonna be a borrow of around £50-60k as looking to pay a chunk off.
Is this a good option? Should I be looking to pay off asap? Anything under £2k per month payments I could commit to and ideally then be paid off and M free in 2 or 3 years.
Plenty options here for me?
